▼If there is any defect or damage

Exchanges and returns are not possible unless the product is defective.
If there is any defect or damage during shipping, please contact support@nanyanostore.com within 14 days of receiving the product and promptly return the product to the address specified by us.
We will cover the shipping costs and will replace them with a good product.
*If the product is defective, as a general rule, it will be exchanged for a good product and we cannot accept returns.
*We cannot accept exchanges or returns if the product is longer than 14 days.
